At Hair & Beauty Lounge, we are committed to delivering exceptional salon experiences that combine creativity, care, and quality. With a focus on personalized beauty solutions, our expert team ensures that every client leaves feeling refreshed, confident, and radiant.

Our founder, Reshmi, brings over 15 years of experience to the salon. Her journey began in 2008 in Melbourne, Australia, where she earned Diplomas in Hair Business Management and Beauty Therapy. After relocating to Grande Prairie in 2015, Reshmi quickly made her mark as the town’s first color specialist, known for her mastery in dry cutting, diverse hair textures, and transformative hair treatments.

Clients affectionately call her the “perfectionist stylist”, a title earned through her attention to detail and deep care for her clients’ hair health. In 2021, she advanced her knowledge with a Medical Aesthetics certification from Edmonton, and in 2024, she completed specialized training in Trichology—further cementing her belief that healthy hair begins with a healthy scalp.

Driven by her passion, Reshmi also mentors aspiring women in the beauty industry and has innovated her own version of the Japanese Head Spa, combining traditional techniques with Indian oil massage for a luxurious, therapeutic experience.
